Fundraising - Christmas Trees & Wreaths

Please fill out the Wreath Customer Sales Form and keep for your own records. After you gather all of your orders and payments on that form, you will transfer that information over to the Wreath Sales Summary Form. Please turn that Summary form in with ONE Check for the FULL payment for all of your orders. You will need to turn in the Sales Summary form and payment by the end of the day on October 15th, and can drop them in one of the lock boxes at SLICE. We have one outside the building and one inside the building. We will not be able to accept late orders, so please be timely with turning in your order forms and payments.

Wreaths will be delivered sometime during the week of Thanksgiving, and we won't know that exact date until that week. When we have the delivery date, you will be notified, and you will need to come and pick up your orders the evening of that delivery date and distribute your orders at your convenience.
